Interaction collaborated with the department to build a bespoke blended learning program to deliver the Certificate IV in Government as part of the Career Starter Program. This included 13 government agencies in most states and territories in Australia.

It was delivered and assessed in accordance with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards.
Department of Home Affairs
PSP40116 Certificate IV in Government
For this assignment Interaction delivered the PSP40116 Certificate IV in Government qualification to the department's Aviation and Maritime Security Regulatory Assessment and Compliance Officers. This required the design and development of all learning materials, incorporating Aviation and Maritime Security Legislation and Regulations and contextualised to the department's policies and procedures and mapped to Australian Quality Framework (AQF) standards. It was delivered and assessed in accordance with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards.
Attainment of this qualification was a mandatory requirement for officers to exercise their powers when conducting investigation and compliance work.
