Brigid Hardy - Company Director
With over two decades of experience, Brigid is a trusted strategic advisor, qualified neuroleadership coach, and capability development specialist. Her passion lies in helping organisations and individuals continuously improve and introduce positive change. She doesn't just tackle challenges; she embraces them, seeking sustainable transformation through innovative solutions.
Brigid's expertise spans organisational, team, and individual capability development. Her focus on contemporary leadership, strategy, change management and neuroscience enables her to identify pragmatic approaches to complex problems. Enhanced productivity, performance, culture, and innovation within her clients' realms.
Brigid's commitment extends beyond the professional realm. She's deeply interested in maximizing human potential, advocating for personal development in areas such as mindset, resilience, mindfulness, and wellbeing. Her rare accreditation in Mindfulness from an Australian University, alongside certifications as a Mental Health First Aid facilitator, underscores her dedication to holistic growth.
As the Company Director of Interaction, Brigid assumes an integral leadership role. Whether facilitating complex problem-solving sessions or coaching individuals through career transitions, Brigid's impact is felt far and wide.
Brigid Hardy - Company Director
Brigid has been a leader at Interaction Consulting since 2017 and is a leadership and capability development expert, a trusted strategic advisor and a qualified coach. She has 20 years experience helping organisations and individuals to continuously improve and introduce positive and successful change. She embraces her client’s challenges and strives for ongoing and sustainable transformational change and impact, through big (and sometimes brave) thinking and a demonstrated commitment to developing innovative, bespoke solutions to business challenges.
Why consulting? It is an immense privilege to be a consultant and coach and even after 20 years I still learn something new everyday. I also have some great knowledge and ideas to share with our clients. Our clients share both their most challenging problems and aspirations with us, and open the door into their worlds - the good, the bad and the ugly. They trust us when they are most vulnerable, and that is something I never take lightly.
Favourite clients? Those who really care about a positive outcome, genuinely want to work as partners and who trust you enough to take a few risks along the way.
Why drive positive change? Because in the end, nothing else really matters more than leaving this world a little better than I found it.

Dr. J.E Cloutman - Director of Learning + Capability
With a Ph.D. from Charles Sturt University, Education for Practice Institute. Dr. Jim Cloutman, is a seasoned expert in the field of training and development with over 40 years of consulting experience across four continents and six countries. His work has spanned diverse cultural contexts and involved collaboration with some of the world's largest corporations and various government entities. Jim’s extensive career is marked by his proficiency in analysing training needs and designing comprehensive training programs tailored to both corporate and government clients. Jim has developed a strong specialisation in systems-thinking-based design and the enhancement of 'soft' skills - those essential capabilities and attributes that complement 'hard' knowledge. Recognising the critical role these skills play in the success of individuals in work, study, and life, Jim’s doctoral thesis proposed an innovative learning framework aimed at enhancing soft skills to boost work abilities, leadership qualities, and overall employability across the lifespan.
Erin Riley - Principal Consultant
Erin's expertise as a seasoned management consultant extends beyond learning and development, encompassing a diverse range of strategic capabilities honed over her illustrious career. Having held pivotal roles as a General Manager and Director in both government and private sectors, Erin brings a wealth of experience in driving organisational excellence and fostering leadership empowerment.
Erin's proficiency spans across multiple domains, including empowering management and leadership, enhancing communication and interpersonal skills, and delivering impactful HR consulting services. Erin is renowned for her adeptness in preparing individuals for career advancements through tailored coaching and performance management strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. One of Erin's key strengths lies in her ability to facilitate transformational workshops and programs that install a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. With a validated track record of designing and delivering bespoke leadership and management programs nationwide, equipping clients with the essential skills and tools to navigate today's dynamic business landscape.
Furthermore, Erin is highly regarded for her expertise in emotional intelligence, leveraging assessments such as HBDI, Lifestyles Inventory, and GENOS Emotional Intelligence to foster self-awareness and enhance team dynamics. Her commitment to excellence is exemplified through her certification as a Customer Service Manager Practitioner, reflecting her dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Our Delivery Team
We have assembled a dynamic and highly credible team to deliver our services. All team members have demonstrated achievements across a range of sensitive, significant and complex assignments. They are highly experienced working with both public and private sector clients to drive positive change.
We provide accredited coaches, coaches, facilitators, trainers and consultants to support you to achieve your goals.

Our Centre of Excellence - ICG HQ
The ICG HQ Team, led by the Operations Managers, is Interaction’s Centre of Excellence. It monitors the quality of our operational services and processes and client satisfaction. It also provides support to the permanent members of staff, our clients and our community of trainers, consultants, facilitators and coaches.
ICG HQ supports our delivery team to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and where required, provide expert administrative and operational support. ICG HQ is led by:
